在符合条件的单位担任副总经理、副厂长等职务以上或者具有副教授、副研究员等副高级职称以上以及享受同等待遇满四年，四年内在中国居留累计不少于三年，且纳税记录良好的外国人

1.Served as deputy general managers, deputy factory directors, or higher positions OR

2.Held associate professor, associate researcher, or equivalent senior professional titles

3.Maintained such positions for 4 consecutive years

4.Resided in China for ≥3 years during this period

以自然人身份或者通过本人以自然人身份作为控股股东的公司企业，在粤港澳大湾区9市直接投资、连续3年投资情况稳定、投资数额合计100万美元（国家颁布的《外商投资产业指导目录》鼓励类产业投资合计50万美元）且纳税记录良好的外国人

Foreign nationals who:

1.Invested as natural persons (individuals) OR through their majority-owned (controlling shareholder) companies

2.Made direct investments in any of the 9 cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA)

3.Maintained stable investments for 3 consecutive years

4.Met either of these capital thresholds:

USD 1 million in aggregate

USD 500,000 in industries listed as "Encouraged" in theCatalogue of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment

5.Demonstrated good tax compliance records
